ShieldCore integrates complementary layers of physical, electromagnetic, CBRN and critical-system protection into one coordinated solution. Each layer addresses specific vulnerabilities while collectively strengthening facility resilience and operational continuity.
PROTECTION ENGINEERED AROUND THE FACILITY
The required protection layers are selected and configured following an assessment of the facility’s threat profile, critical systems, operational requirements and investment priorities. Four scalable protection levels define the extent of implementation—from targeted, retrofit-ready measures to comprehensive facility hardening.
LEVEL 1
ESSENTIAL
Targeted, retrofit-ready protection for identified vulnerabilities, including
blast protection for core elements against drones and light explosives.
LEVEL 2
PROTECTED
EMP/IEMI and radiation-attenuation protection, combined with expanded blast protection for critical systems and infrastructure. Designed to support operational continuity against drones, EMP devices and light explosives. Partially retrofittable, subject to an individual assessment.
LEVEL 3
HARDENED
Tailored for greenfield projects, providing extended protection against defined blast, shock and fragmentation effects associated with ballistic-missile threats, together with enhanced EMP/IEMI protection for critical systems and operational areas.
LEVEL 4
MISSION CRITICAL
Full-site protection integrating physical, blast, EMP/IEMI and CBRN resilience for the highest continuity requirements, helping the facility maintain operations during critical events.

STRENGTHEN EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE.
Not every facility requires a complete rebuild. ShieldCore offers a phased approach to upgrading existing data centres, beginning with an assessment of current vulnerabilities, critical systems and operational requirements.
The objective is to identify practical protection measures and establish an achievable upgrade strategy, with Level 1 and selected Level 2 measures considered according to the facility’s existing conditions.
